Que con motivo del sismo ocurrido el día 19 de septiembre de 2017, y derivado de la necesidad de llevar a cabo una revisión minuciosa de las instalaciones, para garantizar la seguridad de las y los trabajadores, como medida preventiva y de protección civil se suspenden las actividades de la Comisión Nacional de Hidrocarburos. Que la medida se adopta también a efecto de no entorpecer las labores que deban realizar las autoridades correspondientes en atención a la situación de emergencia que se vive en la Ciudad de México; Que la suspensión de labores implicara que no corran los términos de ley para efectos de las diligencias o actuaciones en los procedimientos que se tramitan o deban tramitarse ante la Comisión Nacional de Hidrocarburos, y Que a fin de que se realicen las acciones de revisión exhaustiva de los inmuebles de la Comisión Nacional de Hidrocarburos y se dé cumplimiento a los protocolos de protección civil
