El presente tiene como principal objetivo incorporar el apéndice C “REQUISITOS DE LAS COMUNICACIONES ELECTRÓNICAS CERTIFICADAS” a los contenidos en la Norma Oficial Mexicana vigente NOM-151-SCFI-2016, “REQUISITOS QUE DEBEN OBSERVARSE PARA LA CONSERVACIÓN DE MENSAJES DE DATOS Y DIGITALIZACIÓN DE DOCUMENTOS (CANCELA LA NOM-151-SCFI-2002 PRÁCTICAS COMERCIALES – REQUISITOS QUE DEBEN OBSERVARSE PARA LA CONSERVACIÓN DE MENSAJES DE DATOS).”. Lo anterior en términos de la reforma al artículo 35, fracción II de la Ley Federal de Procedimiento Administrativo y a diversas disposiciones del Código de Comercio.
