A través del presente Aviso, ASERCA da a conocer a la población objetivo el Incentivo para Atender Problemas Específicos de Comercialización (IPEC) del Ciclo Agrícola Otoño-Invierno 16/17, de los productos, Estados y regiones que se indican en el presente instrumento, así como las especificaciones y requisitos para su otorgamiento, con el fin de garantizar a los productores un ingreso mínimo por tonelada producida y comercializada, y así proporcionar certidumbre en los procesos de comercialización y fomentar la integración de los eslabones de la producción y comercialización de las cadenas agroalimentarias de los cultivos elegibles; destinando un presupuesto por la cantidad de hasta $95,156,220.00 (noventa y cinco millones ciento cincuenta y seis mil doscientos veinte pesos 00/100 M.N.) para los volúmenes que se señalan por cultivo y para las entidades federativas/regiones que se indican en el Aviso.

Through this Notice, ASERCA informs the target population of the Incentive to Address Specific Problems of Marketing (IPEC) of the Autumn-Winter Agricultural Cycle 16/17, of the products, States and regions indicated in this instrument, as well as the specifications and requirements for its granting, in order to guarantee producers a minimum income per ton produced and marketed, and thus provide certainty in the commercialization processes and promote the integration of the production and marketing links of the agrifood chains of eligible crops; allocating a budget for the amount of up to $ 95,156,220.00 (ninety-five million one hundred fifty-six thousand two hundred and twenty pesos 00/100 M.N.) for the volumes indicated by crop and for the states / regions indicated in the Notice.
