A través del Programa PROSPERA, la Coordinación Nacional de PROSPERA Programa de Inclusión Social apoya la inscripción y permanencia en la educación inicial, básica y Educación Media Superior (en tanto se transfieren al programa Beca Universal para Estudiantes de Educación Media Superior Benito Juárez), de niñas, niños y adolescentes de las familias beneficiarias. Las familias con las siguientes características, son elegibles para recibir alguna de las becas del programa: (i) Familias con becarios inscritos al inicio del ciclo escolar 2018 – 2019 (septiembre – octubre 2018) en educación básica, educación inicial y/o educación Media Superior; y, (ii) Familias del Padrón Activo septiembre – octubre 2018, con integrantes entre 0 y 15 años de edad, cumplidos al 31 de diciembre del 2019, conforme a la edad reportada por la familia y registrada en el Padrón de Beneficiarios. Para cumplir con su objetivo, el programa otorga los siguientes apoyos: (i) Becas para el Bienestar Benito Juárez de Educación Básica; y, (ii) Beca para el Bienestar de Educación Media Superior Benito Juárez. Las Becas para el Bienestar Benito Juárez de Educación Básica se entregan a cada familiar que (i) cuente con niñas, niños y/o adolescentes menores de 18 años cumplidos al 31 de diciembre de 2019; que estén inscritos en grados escolares comprendidos entre primero de primaria y tercero de secundaria en escuelas de modalidad escolarizada, o (ii) estén registrados en el Padrón de Beneficiarios con una edad reportada por la familia de entre 0 y 15 años al 31 de diciembre de 2019. El monto de la beca es de $800 pesos mensuales entregados de manera bimestral. Para las familias que cuentan con integrantes becarios de Educación Media Superior se entregará, de manera temporal, un apoyo de $800 mensuales, entregados de manera bimestral, denominado Beca para el Bienestar de Educación Media Superior Benito Juárez.

Through the PROSPERA Program, the National Coordination of the PROSPERA Social Inclusion Program supports the enrollment and permanence in the initial, basic and secondary education (as long as they are transferred to the Universal Scholarship for Students program Higher Education Benito Juárez), of girls, boys and adolescents of the beneficiary families. The Benito Juarez Basic Education Behavior Scholarships are given to each family member who (i) has children and / or adolescents under 18 years of age as of December 31, 2019; that they are enrolled in school grades between the first year of primary school and the third year of secondary school in schools of school modality, or (ii) they are registered in the Register of Beneficiaries with an age reported by the family between 0 and 15 years old as of December 31st. 2019. The amount of the scholarship is $ 800 pesos monthly delivered bimonthly. For families that have members of upper secondary education scholarships, a monthly support of $ 800 will be delivered, delivered bi-monthly, called the Benito Juarez Higher Education Welfare Scholarship.
