La Guía Interna para la Elaboración y Actualización de Manuales Administrativos y/o Documentos Normativos del INCMNSZ, orienta en la formulación e integración de dichos manuales de cada una de las unidades administrativas del Instituto. En ésta se precisan los elementos y criterios para su elaboración, lo que permite mantener la uniformidad en su contenido y presentación. Además, incluye la información básica para que el personal responsable elabore los manuales de organización y procedimientos.

The Internal Guide for the Elaboration and Updating of Administrative Manuals and / or Normative Documents of the INCMNSZ consists of defining the main characteristics for the elaboration of the organization manuals, procedures and normative documents for the internal functioning of the Institute, for what is considered a fundamental activity for strengthening the organic-functional scheme of organizations; in such a way that the different hierarchical levels established in each of the areas are identified, identifying the congruence of their actions, avoiding duplication in the functions they perform and facilitating the provision of health services with quality, safety, effectiveness, attention focused on the patient, opportunity, efficiency and equity.
