El 23 de febrero de 2015, se publicaron en el Diario Oficial de la Federación las Reglas para la gestión de trámites por medios de comunicación electrónica ante el Registro Nacional de Inversiones Extranjeras. A efecto de contribuir en la contención de la propagación del virus SARS-CoV2 (COVID-19), la Dirección General de Inversión Extranjera presenta la siguiente regulación la cual consiste en modificar las Reglas para la gestión de trámites por medios de comunicación electrónica ante el Registro Nacional de Inversiones Extranjeras, con el objetivo de que el particular cuente con alternativas y herramientas que le permitan dar cumplimiento a sus obligaciones ante el Registro Nacional de Inversiones Extranjeras, y al mismo tiempo se procure y garantice la salud de los particulares y los servidores públicos.

On 23 February 2015, the Rules for the management of procedures by electronic means of communication before the National Foreign Investment Registry, were published in the Official Gazette of the Federation. In order to contribute to containing the spread of the SARS-CoV2 virus (COVID-19), the General Directorate for Foreign Investment presents the following regulation which consists of modifying the Rules for managing procedures by electronic means of communication before the National Foreign Investment Registry, with the objective that the individuals have alternatives and tools that allow them to fulfill their obligations before the National Foreign Investment Registry, and at the same time seek and guarantee the health of individuals and government officials.
