El presente Aviso da cumplimiento a la obligación que tiene el Instituto de Administración y Avalúos de Bienes Nacionales de publicar en el Diario Oficial de la Federación los datos que permitan la identificación de las normas internas que emita, en términos de lo dispuesto en el Artículo Segundo, fracción II del Acuerdo por el que se instruye a las dependencias y entidades de la Administración Pública Federal, así como a la Procuraduría General de la República a abstenerse de emitir regulación en las materias que se indican, publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federación el 10 de agosto de 2010 y reformado el 21 de agosto de 2012.

“This Notice complies with the obligation of the Institute of Administration and Appraisals of National Assets to publish in the Official Gazette of the Federation the data that allow the identification of the internal regulations that it issues, in terms of the provisions of Article Two , section II of the Agreement that instructs the agencies and entities of the Federal Public Administration, as well as the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic to refrain from issuing regulations on the matters indicated, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on August 10, 2010 and reformed on August 21, 2012.”
