La inscripción al Registro Nacional de Pesca y Acuacultura, es un trámite administrativo que ya existe, conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 122 de la LGPAS, con la emisión de este Acuerdo se persigue que los solicitantes, a través de medios electrónicos a su alcance puedan registrarse en el Sistema SNIPA a cargo de la CONAPESCA, para hacer su trámite y así poder recibir en formato PDF el Certificados digital de inscripción al RNPA que solicite; previo cumplimiento de los requisitos, lo anterior será en beneficio del solicitante al reducirse el posible costo que les genere realizar del trámite.
