El presente Programa Institucional 2021-2024 del Colegio de Bachilleres (COLBACH), tiene como objetivo establecer las principales problemáticas identificadas en materia educativa, con la finalidad de generar estrategias que permitan atenderlas en el ámbito de competencia del Colegio de Bachilleres. Bajo ese esquema, se establecieron los siguientes Objetivos prioritarios: (1) Fortalecer la capacidad instalada y los entornos de enseñanza-aprendizaje en los planteles del COLBACH, a fin de que garanticen el derecho a una educación equitativa, inclusiva, intercultural e integral considerando las características y necesidades de las y los estudiantes. (2) Asegurar una educación de excelencia, pertinente y relevante para todas y todos los estudiantes del COLBACH. (3) Reconocer la importancia del trabajo del personal docente y directivo del COLBACH como agentes fundamentales del proceso educativo, con pleno respeto a sus derechos, a partir de su desarrollo profesional, mejora continua de su práctica y fortalecimiento de su vocación de servicio. (4) Fomentar de forma continua y generalizada las actividades físicas y deportivas para las y los estudiantes del COLBACH con énfasis en la integración de las comunidades escolares, la inclusión social y la promoción de estilos de vida saludables. (5) Fortalecer la gobernanza y gestión del COLBACH para mejorar el servicio educativo y los procedimientos administrativos, centrados en el aprendizaje de las y los estudiantes. La intervención en torno a los cinco Objetivos prioritarios del PI 2021-2024 del Colegio de Bachilleres se articula en 18 Estrategias prioritarias, integradas por un conjunto de 99 Acciones puntuales, que serán instrumentadas a lo largo de la presente administración para contribuir con el logro del proyecto educativo de la Cuarta Transformación. SUMMARY OF THE DRAFT The present Institutional Program 2021-2024 of the Colegio de Bachilleres (COLBACH), aims to establish the main problems identified in terms of education, in order to generate strategies that allow addressing them within the scope of competence of the Colegio de Bachilleres. Under this scheme, the following priority objectives were established: (1) Strengthen the installed capacity and teaching-learning environments in the COLBACH campuses, in order to guarantee the right to an equitable, inclusive, intercultural and comprehensive education considering the characteristics and needs of the students. (2) Ensure an excellent, pertinent and relevant education for each and every COLBACH student. (3) Recognize the importance of the work of the COLBACH teaching and management staff as fundamental agents of the educational process, with full respect for their rights, based on their professional development, continuous improvement of their practice and strengthening of their vocation of service. (4) Continuously and generally promote physical and sports activities for COLBACH students with an emphasis on the integration of school communities, social inclusion and the promotion of healthy lifestyles. (5) Strengthen the governance and management of COLBACH to improve the educational service and administrative procedures, focused on student learning. The intervention around the five priority Objectives of the PI 2021-2024 of the Colegio de Bachilleres is articulated in 18 priority Strategies, made up of a set of 99 specific Actions, which will be implemented throughout this administration to contribute to the achievement of the educational project of the Fourth Transformation.
