Acuerdo secretarial mediante el cual la Agencia Reguladora del Transporte Ferroviario reduce el plazo con que cuenta la autoridad para dar resolución a los trámites ARTF-2021-004-002-A y ARTF-2021-004-004-A, con el fin de simplificar y facilitar el cumplimiento al particular. Además, pretende clarificar los plazos de resolución de dichos trámites al cierre del ejercicio y puntualizar que las cuotas de pagos de derechos deben corresponder al ejercicio fiscal que corresponda.
